I am a fellow having a nagging ball pain, hurts and aching in my right testicle in the scrotum and it seems to go up into the groin kinda like a hernia. I am having a lot of problems getting an erection. There is a desire just nothing hard.
All I want is a good hard penis erection to give my wife. Help!!!
It could be a injury, infection or testicular cancer. In early stages, testicular cancer may be symptomless. When symptoms do occur they include: Lump on testicle, epididymis or vas. Enlargement of a testicle. Heavy sensation in groin area or testicles. Dull ache in groin or abdomen area. If you find a lump or have any of the above symptoms, see your doctor immediately for an accurate diagnosis.
You probably have what is called Blue Balls or lover’s nuts. The main cause of aching blue balls is prolonged sexual arousal of the erect penis, either by direct or indirect contact, that does not result in orgasm and ejaculation. The easiest way to relieve the aching symptoms of blue balls is through an orgasm.
The resultant ejaculation jump-starts the sympathetic nervous system, which increases blood flow through the groin area, dissipating the fluid buildup. Even without orgasm, the symptoms of blue balls usually subside within an hour of onset, but they can also last much longer, up to 3 hours
Please pay a visit to your doctor. Don’t wait. It might be a hernia, blocked tube, cyst or even cancer of the testicles. Locate doctor near you.
