Male Penis Venous Leakage Summary: From Men's Sexual Health Discussion Board: My boyfriend is 29 years old and has been diagnosed with penile venous leakage. We have tried viagra prescription drug and so far it hasn't worked. At the moment he's trying natural libido remedies (herbs etc) while we save for a constriction device (penis pump). I'm finding our situation very difficult and even though I know this is obviously a medical problem, I still feel awful and sometimes like it's me or my fault.
