There's nothing wrong with masturbation now and then. Just be aware, there is risk in that you can get infection if you are not clean. Once a day should not affect your potency at your age. And be sure to use a lubricant like Wet Platinum to protect against injury, inflammation or irritation to use on your penis when masturbating.

Try to get a girlfriend that likes sex. Or, see a doctor if you can't stop.
