I've been dating a guy for well over a year and some change, we both got tested, all negative, we were both clean. He was my first, and I was his. Havn't had sex with him in a while, we broke up. Anyway, here's my problem.
Yesterday I have been having a slightly painful burning sensation when urinating. The pain has been coming from the tip of my penis and at the tip, it appears to be slightly red, or swollen. I don't see blood or anything along with my urine. However, occasionally my penis gives off an oderless milky yellow discharge. Since yesterday, this discharge has been seen on my briefs also.
I don't really understand what it could be. I am an extremely healthy individual, I don't smoke or drink. I 've gotten tested before I have had sex, and after. Only been sexually active with my partner and we both got tested. I clean myself thoroughly and I eat healthy. I also excersize frequently.
This has never happened to me before. Me and my ex-boyfriend are going to the clinic tomorrow. In the meantime, is there any possible explanation?
P.S: It might be beneficial to mention that before I had went to urinate. Me and my ex were fooling around in bed. Nothing sexual mind you. But he did stroke my bare penis and manage to jerk it off for about 5 seconds. Maybe that can be a factor?

Penis pain can be due to a urinary tract infection (UTI), urethritis (inflammation/irritation of the urethra) is usually the most likely possibility in the setting you mention.
In most cases, bacteria first begin growing in the urinary tract. An infection limited to the urinary tract is called urethritis.
Urethritis is frequently associated with a discharge, the color and consistency of which would depend on the cause of the urethritis.
Urethritis may be caused by bacteria or a virus.
Risks for urethritis include:
* High-risk sexual behavior (such as anal sex without a condom)
* History of sexually transmitted diseases
* Male, ages 18 - 35
* Many sexual partners
The following Lab Panel Tests Screening may be done:
* Complete blood count (CBC)
* C-reactive protein test
* Urinalysis and urine cultures
* Testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and other sexually transmitted diseases (STD).
If the penis urethra tract infection is not treated promptly, bacteria may then go up the ureters to infect the kidneys (pyelonephritis).
People with urethritis who are being treated should avoid sex or use condoms during sex. If an infection is the cause of the inflammation, your sexual partner must also be treated.
Some causes of urethritis may be avoided with good personal hygiene and by practicing safer sexual behaviors.
Please consult your physician for diagnostic and treatment options pertaining to your specific medical condition.
