Okay where you aware that this sexual dissatisfaction situation can be an involuntary act due to surpressed feeling? Maybe you have some emotional problems with her that are preventing you from becoming sexually aroused. Often prolonged stress can effect a mans ablility to sexually perform.

If you have doubts on your ability to satisfy your partner, you may become unable to have erectile function to sexually perform the act while in her presense. I would explore your emotional and mental state during the times this sexual dissatisfaction and try to pin point any problems that may arise.

My first inclination is to query the rest of your relationship with the lass.
Do you enjoy her company ?
Do you talk with each other - do you find that interesting.
Do you look forward to seeing her ?
Do you enjoy sleeping with her (not sh*gging - sleeping) ?
Then I would ask whether you are interested (ahem very interested) in other women. Probably one or two in particular.
I would then ask whether anything has changed, perhaps she has put on a lot of weight.

I had sexual dissatisfaction the first few tries at sexual intercourse. I couldn't get excited because I was so nervous.
