I am a 35 year old male and have been having an affair with my wife's best friend for about a month now. We have great sex and getting an erection has not been a problem. My problem is when I am with my wife and she wants to have sex (very rare by the way) I cannot get an erection arousal. Not even close. This has never been a problem for me in the past and I know my issue is psychological. I have seen my doctor and he gave me some Levitra (which was fun with my girlfriend).

I don't think Levitra that was prescribe by your doctor will help with psychological issues of your erection problem with your wife.

Sounds like you have performance anxiety disorder symptoms (when guys have trouble "getting it up") can happen whereby you do get a penile erection, and as you're about to have sex, you lose your erection, or it can be when you're actually in the course of having sexual intercourse, you lose the penis erection, or you don't get erectile function at all. So it can happen in any of those kind of ways.
