Hmm. Why not just screw her? Especially since if you can hold your ejaculation back longer,

But, sounds a little to me like you have incumnia. You've heard of insomnia right? You know, you lie there in bed and think to yourself "I need to sleep. Am I asleep yet? I can't sleep. Oh when am I gonna fall asleep? ..." and the mere act of WORRYING about falling asleep inhibits your ability to go under! Ironic, isn't it?
So maybe you are anxious about ejaculating sperm fluid during oral sex. When am I gonna orgasm and ejaculate? Jeez everbody is waiting. The crowd is getting dissapointed. Am I about to climax? And ironically enough, analagous to the insomnia situation, just the act of worrying about climaxing inhibits your ability to ejaculate.
Personally I think it's a built in "feature" that nature has installed -- whenever the animal is anxious, it won't be able to experience nearly as much sexual pleasure. It make sense, since you shouldn't be screwing if you know a snake is about to gobble you up, right?
If your sexual pleasure levels get inhibited by your anxiety, you'll pull out and run away .. if they stayed the same, or worse increased, then you would probably end up as snake food. No idea if this is true, just a wild guess.
So the bottom line is that if you aren't fully relaxed, fully confident, just imagining the mess all over her face after the oral sex and practically giggly about it, you will probably have difficulty coming.
