
1. Warm up: Is this something similar to the warming up process of any regular exercise ? I understood such. Hence before performing this exercise I make myself to have an erection for some time and let the erection subside into the necessary state of semi erection. Please elaborate a bit.
2. On reaching the head of the penis should I loosen the grip in order to let the blood flow back before engaging the other hand to milk ?
3. In order to make the head of the penis expand with blood, I need to tighten my the grip to such an extent that the grip just sinks into the flesh of the penis. Sometimes it hurts a bit. Is this normal ?
4. Before each stroke of milking, I pull outer skin of the penis towards the base so that the skin moves towards the head with the grip. I do it because although I use a lot of lubricant, the friction of the grip against the skin of the penis hurts sometimes.
I will really appreciate if you are kind enough to suggest me if I am doing the exercise properly.

The bottom line is that - pills, devices and herbal creams possibly don't work, and surgery, which does work, can be dangerous and leave a man disfigured or impotent. The "unproven" methods have a theoretical chance of doing some enlarging, but they also have a very real chance of doing long term and permanent harm.
