When my dick is erected its nice and big/long (lucky 9) size, but when im not erected, penis is kind of small size but some other times its normal.
I'm not cut, I have a foreskin, so maybe that has something to do with it? I'm happy when horney, but not normally. I mean, i have a nice hot body but with this sometimes "small" un erected limp deficient looking dick, i may look wierd in some situations (like a public shower or something).

Seems normal to me. When dick is erected it's big size when not erected ir's small. Cold water or weather will make is even smaller (srink up).

Yeah, I guess your right. Cold wheather may be a factor....... but in hot showers i am kind of big..............

Wrong Wrong Wrong! There have been studies on this fenominon :) Studies show that it is not uncommon for someone with a smaller looking limp hanging penis, can have a larger erection size than a man with a larger looking limp penis. That actually growth per inch is higher. Larger penis most of the time only gets a few inches longer, while the smaller gets many inches longer, and often actually longer than a lot. Mine :) is just like that. What your refering to about being seen in a public gym is called weather or not you have your gym dick on :) I do sometimes, but usually dont. Only the women in my life know Wazzz Uppp ;) And Yes, Hot water may help while in the shower, lol.
