Hello, i have a bit of a problem, recently, my foreskin has developed a kind of rash around where the
head is.
the skin was dry and it hurt a little to masturbate. recently, i had finished masturbating when
i sharp pain came from the area while erect, the skin was chapped more than normal and it hurt,
the pain cleared up after my erectin ended.
i've been very worried about what this is, any info would be very useful and hopefully ease my tension.

Try Vaseline petroleum jelly on your penis and don't masturbate your penis until the dry chapped penis foreskin rash has gone away.
Next time use a lubricant for your penis and care must be giving to the lubricants lotion you are using.
Try any of these lubricants for your penis: Vaseline (petroleum jelly - not Vaseline Intensive Care hand lotion), Baby Oil Gel lubricant, Albolene (which can be found at the drug store in some parts of the U.S.), Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E in a plastic jar (don't use the tube form).

You could try some over the counter mild antibiotic cream in a pharmacy for your penis foreskin to see if that works.
Go to a health clinic in your area that dosen't require doctor referreral. Do a google search for Community Health Clinics which offer care regardless of one's ability to pay.
