My Doctor has been performing a
G-spot prostate massaging on me for about 6 months,
once every 2 weeks to relieve some pressure and to aid in my ejaculation. As he
massages with his fingers, he has me stimulate myself to cause an erection and eventually an
ejaculation of semen fluid as I masturbate.
This has really helped me, although I was somewhat
uncomfortable with the procedure at first, I now find it very stimulating and
enjoyable. With time, I will only see him once every 6 months, just to make sure

Tell me more about men's prostate massage milking. During milking the prostate, when a man orgasms does he ejaculate semen fluid also? Or, does he just orgasms without ejaculating?.
Reply by RTB: Prostate massaging causes the ejaculation semen fluid to come out of the penis at the time of milking. If arousal is low or penile stimulation is stopped for a brief time before the prostate massage begins, draining of the ejaculate semen fluid into the penis urethra tract will not trigger orgasm.

It seems that gentle massage of the prostate by a urologist may be beneficial by:
helping to drain painfully sequestered secretions in a chronically inflamed prostate gland or seminal vesicles; or
As a leading prostatitis researcher has stated, "prostate milking massage" may help by releasing the tension around nerve endings near the prostate.
This represents a form of "myofascial release".
However, vigorous prostatic massage may be very dangerous. If you have acute bacterial prostatitis it can result in septicaemia (blood poisoning). If you have the beginnings of a carcinoma in your prostate, it could conceivably result in the cancer being disturbed, broken up and metastasizing (spreading) around your body. In short, do NOT ask your doctor for prostate "massage" unless you have considered the above points carefully.

It seems like your girlfriend penetrated the Seminal Vesicles (next to the prostate gland) with the toy through the anus. Since the Seminal Vesicles are located outside and next to the anus skin the toy may have gone through the anus wall into the Seminal Vesicle where your semen ejaculation fluid is temporarly storaged. Probably it made a hole through the wall for the semen to come out into your anus. Please see a doctor ASAP, only he can tell for sure. Locate doctor near you in the USA
