Dear sir,
Please help me.
I used to masturbate a lot and i think due to that my nerve system of penis it has gone weak.
I mean even if i see a girl go by my penis gets wet on very small stuff like these its wet.
Also, even if i dont see anything related to sex the tip of my penis is wet most of the time meaning leakage of semen sperm fluid.
Please help me and tell me if it is masturbation the cause of the problem and how i can recover from it.
I know you will refer me those herbs but i can't buy them so please tell me any natural way,
I mean exercise or food that i could eat to recover from this issue. Pleazzz help, I'm desperate here.

Leaking sperm fluid (pre-cum) when seeing a girl go by (sexual arousal) is normal.
The leaking discharge at other times could mean it is a STd (sexual Trasmitted disease) where as a white fluid like discharge occurs.
Also, your condition could mean, over masturbating can drain the motor nerves, neuro-muscular endings, and tissues of acetylcholine and replace it with too much stress adrenalin and may effect the central nervous system.
Another cause could be the sympathetic nerves in the prostate and bulbourethral glands can cause semen leakage. Some say it is caused by cronic masturbation. Or maybe neurological problem of genital hypersensitivity in the penis and/ or hyperspasticity of the pelvic muscles. So, the best thing to do is see a neurologist doctor.
