I am not a guy first off. But I do know that when a man has not had sexual gratification for a long time his endurance time goes way down. I don't think this is impotency at all. Just a normal thing.
How old are you anyways? Sounds to me like you need to get out a little more or find something you enjoy doing to take your mind off this.
And please don't over whelm yourself and start taking any kind of drug to overcome this.
