You don't mention if you've have sex with another person (because these are STD, HVP or Yeast symptoms). If not then you probably injuried yourself from over masturbation and now you
have a infection. The swollen area on the penis tip is very serious sign that you should address with a doctor. Stop masturbating and see a doctor or health clinic for STD testing.

Next time use a lubricant and care must be giving to the lubricants lotion you are using.
