Hi, i have for the past month had a red itchy ring around the top of my penis skin (not circumsized) and the tip of my penis looks a bit swollen and is itchy. When i try and masturbate a white/yellow pus comes out and sometimes i do not get an orgasm and cannot finish..
This may go away for a day or two, but when i masturbate the next day it comes back. I do want to see a doctor, what could this be?

You don't mention if you've have sex with another person (because these are STD, HVP or Yeast symptoms). If not then you probably injuried yourself from over masturbation and now you
have a infection. The swollen area on the penis tip is very serious sign that you should address with a doctor. Stop masturbating and see a doctor or health clinic.
Always wash your hands and penis before and after masturbation.
Next time use a lubricant and care must be giving to the lubricants lotion you are using. Try any of these lubricants: Vaseline (petroleum jelly - not Vaseline Intensive Care hand lotion), Baby Oil Gel lubricant, Albolene (which can be found at the drug store in some parts of the U.S.), Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E in a plastic jar (don't use the tube form).
