If a guy ejackulates a only couple of drops, then goes to the bathroom and ejackulates a normal amount, is this bad? What about if he took it out of the female right before he ejaculated, then only a little came out..went to the bathroom and had normal sperm come out?

It is ok. That's what you do for premature ejackulation control. It's called the Stop-Start method. It's used so you don't get the female pregnant.
