I am getting very concerned about the size of my left testicle. I am a single man and not very sexually active. Recently, I noticed that one of my testicles appeared to retaining fluid, have pain, becoming engorged and Varicose vein symptoms. It is getting to the point where I can not even pleasure myself. I have tried some ointments and exercise, but the problem seems to keep getting worse.
    Any suggestions?

Right Testicles Lump Size, Could It Be Testicular Hydrocele, Scrotum Adolescent Varicocele Varicose vein or Testes Cancer?
From an early age I noticed a lump on my right testicles, the scrotum lump has been there from as early as I can remember, which is about 11 years old. Over the last 4/5 years the scrotum varicose vein lump hasn't caused me much pain although sometimes a little discomfort (mainly when I'm thinking about it) and I don't think it has ever grew in size.

Lump On Testicles, and Pain, Is It Male Testicular Cancer? I noticed a lump on my one testicles months ago a little pain but I can't always feel it. Also it is not stationary to my testicle, it does move around when I feel it so I was wondering if that had any bearing on this issue?

Varicose vein in my left testicle. Sperm countis 2 million.
I am a married Men since 2 years but still after many tries we haven't able to get child. My wife tests are fine so Doctor said to have my semen analysis. I had a semen analysis which counts 2 million, then I had a ultrasound test where we found varicose veins in left testicle. Doctor said surgery will cure this problem. Please suggest me that should I go for the surgery or is their any alternate available for my case? If surgery is fine then do you think the count will increase to 20 million which is necessary? If possible you can suggest which hospital/Doctor is good to undergo the surgery.

A hydrocele is a build-up of liquid in a fold of mucous membrane situated in the scrotum (testes testicle sac).

A number of boys develop minor cases of Adolescent Varicocele during the first few months of their lives. Most of these disappear by themselves, but the more severe cases need to be removed through a simple operation.

What is a hydrocele (Adolescent Varicocele)?
In grownups, hydrocele is managed by draining the fluid under local anaesthetic using a syringe (tapping). This gives an instant cure, but is usually temporary as the fluid re-fills again. For this reason a sclerosing agent is sometimes introduced following the tapping procedure, which causes the hydrocele to stick to itself and prevents re-filling.

Alternatively, the hydrocele, Adolescent Varicocele of the sctrotum can be removed surgically with a small operation.

If you have any swelling or pain in your scrotum, you should make arrangements to see your general practitioner. Only a closer examination can determine the exact cause.

Most diseases are not dangerous but malignant ones must be detected as quickly as possible to ensure effective treatment.
