I am getting very concerned about the size of my left testicle. I am a single man and not very sexually active. Recently, I noticed that one of my testicles appeared to retaining fluid, have pain and becoming engorged. It is getting to the point where I can not even pleasure myself. I have tried some ointments and exercise, but the problem seems to keep getting worse.

Any suggestions?

I had similar symptoms and went for a check, The results were that I had a varicocele. I can only suggest you contact your gp with for professional advice.
