For months the foreskin of my penis has been white and swollen looking (except for the very tip of the foreskin). On the white part there are these little odd bumps. I know for certian that's the lumps are not some kind of STD (as I've never done anything remotely sexual besides masturbating) and I think it's an inflammation, but I'm not sure. Please help!!

I have little white bumps around my scrotom and some on the pubic base of my shaft, what is this cause? I've had the lumps since before I was sexually active and They dont bother me. Do you think that I might have symptoms of STD infection?

i think that you should go see a doctor asap to get lab testing for a correct diagnosis. it doesnt sound good. Locate doctor near you.

I would say most males have these small "white bumps" on their penis foreskin. I do. They do seem to be where the pores in the penile skin are (by the penis hair follicles. And yes, there can be secretions that that will make the "white bump" larger. Once in a great while I will see one of these larger bumps symptoms, which is basically a pimple. Unless it physically bothers you, I would not be concerned.
