I highly recomend that you see your medical doctor(s) that performed the surgeries and also the one that examined you when you had krohns (Crohn's) disease.

if you are taking any medications for crohn's disease it might be a facter to consider. Some medications side effects cause sexual performance problems in men.
It could be physiological. Consider seeing a Physiatrist to evaluate the cause of this behavor.
In the mean time try using Viagra prescription drug if the doctor says so. It can be very helpful to perform sex again.
