: Im 18 and it seems I get erections way to fast and easily. I would be walking down the street and see a hot woman and I'd get a stiffy penis. Even randomly I'll get firm erection laying in bed not thinking of sexual thoughts at all. Is this a medical problem, or could I fix this by doing some kind of jelqing exercise or Kegel male exercises? This is really annoying when making out with a girl and trying to hide the buldge showing in my pants. Someone can suggest any advice?

Not to worry about it. i have the same fast erection problem and it is natural. you're just maturing and still becomming aware of yourself. the best advice i can give you is try to act as though it is something that should be happenning. if she asks all you can really do is tell her that your body is telling you what it wants and in all seriousness you can't help it. if she doesn't accept that, she isn' the one for you. good luck, my fellow walking hard-on :)
