You need to see a urologist. Burning sensation after peeing is a common symptom in many conditions of infection, injury or irritation of the penis.

Burning pain in the penis when peeing is a symptom of infection. Since it burns when you pee, the infection seems to be in the peeing channel (urinary tract) of your penis.
Lower urinary tract infections in men commonly are caused by intestinal bacteria.
Most urinary tract infections can be treated easily with antibiotics.
It could also be a STD. You need to see a urologist for the correct diagnosis.
