Im 20 years old been going out with a girl for 6 months we are engaged.
but i cant ejaculate during sex, or when she blows me, or when she gives me a penis hand job,
i come close lots of times but never cum.
i can masterbate and cum by myself, and ive masterbated and cum for her while shes been there,
sex is good and feels good but for some reason i just cant cum,

Well, you are able to cum ok but, not when you want to. So, your physical parts are working. It's the mental aspect that makes you cum that is the problem.
What is happening is that you are focusing more or less on the final goal during lovin making, which is ejaculate or pleasing your girl with an orgasm, and not really focusing on all the rest of what goes on in the sexual encounter, focus more on the relationship and the sensory experiences that your're having as opposed to the final goal -- more focusing on the process rather than the ejaculation. When you start off, keep your clothes on, and you'll actually just go ahead and touch each other and communicate with each other. Once you're doing that for a while and you're comfortable with that, you'll be caressing and touching and talking about what each of you are doing without clothes. Then you're being inside your girl, then there is the thrusting, and then hard thursting. You can use Viagra for a long thursting session. But the focus is on the sensations. If all else fails, get professional help.

Like "anxiety" says above. Your ejaculation system works ok so it can't be Physical, it has to be mental.
You are having what is called Male Performance Anxiety symptoms.
So, either change partners or get with the program.:-)
