Well, you are able orgasm but, not when you want to.
What is happening is that you are focusing more or less on the final goal during lovin making, which is orgasm or pleasing your girl with an orgasm, and not really focusing on all the rest of what goes on in the sexual encounter, focus more on the relationship and the sensory experiences that your're having as opposed to the final goal -- more focusing on the process rather than the ejaculation.
When you start off, keep your clothes on, and you'll actually just go ahead and touch each other and communicate with each other. Once you're doing that for a while and you're comfortable with that, you'll be caressing and touching and talking about what each of you are doing without clothes. Then you're being inside your girl, then there is the thrusting, and then hard thursting. You can use Viagra or generic Viagra for a long thursting session. But the focus is on the sensations.
