milking your penis......while one hand milks, the other hand restricts blood flow to your penis at the base of your penis. I went to both forums. I as usual got banned for being controversial.

Jelqing penis enlargement excercise techniques is a cultural custom for "my people" and i prefer to do it slowly for 10 minutes. Of course I'm the guy with a 10" plus penis. But everyone else wished to jelq technique with a hard penis, which will eventually cause injury to your member. Not good! oh well.

this is a doubt of slightly different nature.i read penis elongation exercises like stretching, jelq etc, which explain varoius physical exercises (not pills or other- just physical exercises) does it really work in increasing the penile size?

After your jelqing penis enlargement excercise sessions are done soak a washcloth until hot and wrap penis ("hot-wrap"). This process should be done for about 5-10 minutes. can be merely a wash cloth soaked in hot water and then applied (wrapped) around the flaccid penis and left there for awhile. I always found it impossible to keep a wash cloth REALLY warm for entire ten minute period, though. Had to "re-Soak" the washcloth until hot; wring it out, and re- wrap penis. Try it again several times.
