Yep, your're just a rebound. Chalk it up as a lesson learned. She was never in love with you. Get on with your life. Don't fool around with her, she is just playing you against jake. Now you know how she is. She would probably do the same thing to you. I know it's hard to do but, ignore her and start seeing other girls. You can still be friendly to her though. You have to be strong and to let her know it's not going to bother you. She's very much in love with Jake and you have to accept that.
