When I have an orgasm and ejaculate now not as much semen sperm fluid comes out and its not nearly as powerful. Its only been a day or so since I tried the technique. I'm wondering if I might have just bruised the works down there... or why Im not having as powerful an orgasm and IS IT PERMANENT?!?
maybe i'm over reacting. anyone know about this?
This is done when you apply pressure to this area with your fingers just before you reach the point of ejaculation and kept in place until ejaculatory contractions cease. Erection subsides as usual, but no semen sperm fluid emerges. Somtimes this causes retrograde ejaculation (injaculation) in which semen sperm fluid backs up into the bladder.
The semen aperm fluid is pushed back into the persons bladder, prolonging the orgasm and causing some painfull pissing in the morning.
To determine if this has happened, you should collect a sample from your next urination. If the urine is cloudy, it probably includes semen. Your test proved that is not the case. The perineum itself is quite vulnerable to damage. Both nerves and blood vessels crucial to sexual functioning are found within this area. So, in your case, if you put too much pressure and/or pressure for too long of time in this area, there may be problems such as you are having.
Please see a urlogy doctor to check this out.

Permanent retrograde ejaculation won't occur if you do this occasionally. My girlfriend has been doing this to me and it does feel different. I liked it. I never had full retrograde and I never had any side effects.
