During ejaculation, semen passes through the urethra, a tube leading from the prostate
into the penis. This tube expands just before ejaculation and can be felt through the perineum,
the area between the genitals and the anus. The urethra can be closed by applying firm pressure to
the perineum, preventing semen from flowing through it.
This is done when you apply pressure to this area with your fingers just before you reach the point of ejaculation and kept in place until ejaculatory contractions cease. Erection subsides
as usual, but no semen emerges.
Somtimes this causes retrograde ejaculation (injaculation) in which semen backs up into the bladder.
To determine if this has happened, you should collect a sample from your next urination. If the urine is cloudy, it probably includes semen. Your test proved that is not the case.
The perineum itself is quite vulnerable to damage. Both nerves and blood vessels crucial to sexual functioning are found within this area.
So, in your case, if you put too much pressure and /or pressure for too long of time in this area, there may be problems such as you are having.
Please see a doctor to check this out.
