"My Penus Is Small, I Need to Increase Penis Size!"

i am waqas and i am 21 yrs old and i am very tensed cuz my penus is just 4 inch and i am like what the hell, i need to increase penis size.
please tell me what should i do with my penus enlargement. i used to do a lot of masturbation but i have stoped since 4 months and i get white drops some times from my penus especially when i get up in the morning. please help me what should i do .
