I have only recently started masturbating and i am 19 and still a virgin. but when i start i dont really get any pleasure
for ages, 5 mins or more and then i it starts to feel good and about 10 seconds later i ejaculate.
is it normal not to feel any pleasure until so late? i always assumed that it would feel good straight away.

If your a circumsized male then your penis shaft is not as sensitive as it should be.
Maybe the Ky Jelly is the problem. You could be using too much. Only use a small amount or don't use any at all. Check other alternatives like Vaseline or Wet Platinum Lubricant.
Try rubbing your whole penis going from the shaft to over the penis head for each stroke while using just a little bit of Ky gel or wet platinum. You may have to squeeze harded when doing the shaft.
