I have only recently started masturbating and i am 19 and still a virgin. but when i start i dont really get any pleasure for ages, 5 mins or more and then i it starts to feel good and about 10 seconds later i ejaculate. is it normal not to feel any pleasure until so late? i always assumed that it would feel good straight away.
Also if i just rub the shaft alone and not the head then i dont get any pleasure at all. is this how it should be.

If your a circumsized male then your penis shaft is not as sensitive as it should be.
Maybe the Ky Jelly is the problem. You could be using too much. Only use a small amount or don't use any at all.
Check other alternatives like Vaseline.
