for something like 2 weeks i have had a pimple on my penis. I've been sexually active with my girlfriend for about 8 months and i've never had a pimple like this on my penis before. At first it was rather small, and i popped it and it went away. A few days later it came back but much larger (larger than most pimples ive ever had on my face, id say about half the diameter of the eraser of a pencil.) I tried to pop it again but this time it hurt like trying to pop pimples on your face prematurely, but i squeezed anyway and a little bit of thick white pus like substance came out of it. Now its a redish/purplish color and when i squeeze it blood comes out (again, not a lot). I just realized today that i also have a very small white bump in my pubic region above my penis. This also hurts slightly when prodded, but is less delicate than the large one. If anyone could tell me whether or not these are just normal penile pimples on my penis i'd be very appreciative, as the penis pimples are causing be a bit of stress now that they've been there for so long. I would say most males have these small "white bumps" on their genitalia. I do, and I didn't and don't play sports. They do seem to be where the pores in the penile skin are (by the penis hair follicles. And yes, there can be secretions that that will make the "white bump" larger. Once in a great while I will see one of these larger bumps, which is basically a pimple. Unless it physically bothers you, I would not be concerned.
