    After I self stimulate or have sex and ejaculate Cum, my PC muscle and around that area have symptoms that feels sore and painful for a few minutes. Other then that, its fine after the climax and orgasm, no sorness in that area.

    Ok, I found out from a Doc that is was high PH levels, and to drink a gallon of water and some Cranberry juice. Also to cut out sugar and caffine.
