Current studies show that the average penis size is 5 to 6", for a full grown adult male. If your 17, then remember, your still growing (maximum penis size is usually gained at about age 18 or 19). The above size is for an erect penis, by the way.

From the many studies that have been done regarding the length of the erect male penis, show they all end up with averages very close to 6 inches.
I do not know what the average length of an erect penis of a 17 year old male would be, however, it most likely would be slightly less the the 6 inches of an adult male.
