My fiance's penis foreskin has tearing spliting injury during sexual intercourse - it tore just where the skin meets the shaft of the penis. It healed, although it took a long time, and now the skin seems weaker, tears easily, painful even though we use lubricant. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any advice?

RichT, your advise..... The reason people post questions on forums like this is to see if other people have had similar problems. Of course going to the doctor is a good idea for any medical problem. I'm sure that Anna's question has been answered now that you took the time to tell her to go to the doctor. I'm sure that there are other forums to post on that will allow you to state the overly obvious and not waste people's time that have serious medicl problems. Now you have wasted even more of Anna's time by prompting this response.

If the foreskin is very tight and unable to retract easily, it may cause discomfort during sex and under certain circumstances this can lead to it tearing as you describe.
In the majority of cases, providing the difficulty is not complicated by significant scarring, the foreskin will gradually stretch until it will comfortably retract. A retraction stretching exercise treatment would be beneficial to improve moblity of foreskin during love making interaction without injury.
As indicated, gentle retraction of the foreskin regularly, when in a hot bath or shower will encourage the natural process. If you continue to try this and fail, you may need to seek advice about adult circumcision. Hopefully over time, if he can avoid re-injuring the foreskin, he will find that the foreskin retraction condition will improve, and surgery can be avoided.
