    I masturbate while watching sex movies up to 4 times a day, and when im with a girl and thers a chance, or a build up before we're gona do stuff, i freeze and get so nervous, especially if she like pressuring me into it. Bottom line, my dick wont get hard, so sometimes i go to washroom and try and masturbate quickly just to get my dick hard, but even that wont get it rock hard, just like 60%, so I deleted all my sex vids and thought maybe that would make me so horny that I won't have as much touble getting boners anymore.
    Do you think that will work for hard erection? Anyone have any thoughts??

    Usually what happens with male performance anxiety disorder problems is that you are focusing more or less on the final goal, which is climax or pleasing your girl with an orgasm, and not really focusing on all the rest of what goes on in the sexual encounter, focus more on the relationship and the sensory experiences that you're having as opposed to the final goal -- more focusing on the process rather than the product.

    Yes, that should work. Lay off the masturbation and sex for 2-3 weeks. Try to get horny as hell. And when your with a girl take it slow and focus on stimulating your partner and not on the end results (orgasm). First, do that by talking to each other then, light touching, tender caressing and slow kissing.

    After you take off your clothes start the touching, caressing and kissing again but progress more to the sensual area of your girl's body. Start by kissing her on her neck then move down to the shoulders with your tongue then slowy to and around her breast before sucking her nipples. Tease her with your hands, lightly touching the outside and inside of her legs then moving up to her clitoris.

    This will not only put her into a high sexual state of readyness but, will stimulate you also. By this time you should have a hard erection. If not, then have her touching, kissing and oral on your penis. If this does not work, contact a doctor because, you may have more underlying sexual performance anxiety problems that need attention.
