I have this same problem, i have had it for 14 months, i also know someone else with this lost feeling problem of whom i have been trying to find a solution with. So far the only thing we can come up with is a pinched nurve in the back or frost bite. These can cause numbness sensation and the ejaculation problem. Its a possibilty. Have them checked out.

One test to measure nerve damage to the penis would be a bulbocavernosus reflex test. The physician squeezes the glans (head) of the penis, which immediately causes the anus to contract if nerve function is normal. A physician measures the latency between squeeze and contraction by observing the anal sphincter or by feeling it with a gloved finger inserted past the anus. More specific testing would be arranged via a neurologist who can do electrodiagnostic testing. Unfortunately if there is nerve damage, it is unlikely that the feeling would come back to its original state.
There is no specific medications to increase sensation once there is nerve damage. If you are having pain or discomfort, there are medications that can treat the neuropathy (i.e. neurontin or tricyclic antidepressants). I would strongly suggest a referral to a neurologist if you continue to have symptoms.
