Have your doctor check out your penis for infections or injury.

This has happened to me atleast three times before, and I never seem to learn my lesson concerning lubricant.
Just put it back in your pants and keep your hands off for two to three days. Your dick will be back before you can say "Oh my god I'm really scared what if it rots and falls off and then I won't have a penis oh god I better kill myself now!"

Put some more ice on it. Lay off the masturbation for a few days. Use baby oil gel with aloe vara when masturbating. Handle your penis with care.
