Hello,
I am a 25 year old man. I have been having a problem regarding masturbation habit.
I have been mastuburating since the age of 16-17. A few years ago I began to notice that my penis color
has changed from light brown to dark brown/ grayish. This has caused me a lot of difficulty. Is there any way I can have a remedy to return the color back to its normal light brown (medical or otherwise)?
Also, how do I stop masturbating? I have tried but have failed many times. Any treatment help for me?

The brown color symptoms could be caused by a yeast called Pitysporon orbiculare. It lives on the skin and is usually harmless. Under certain conditions the yeast changes slightly and begins to affect the skin pigment.
Your GP would be able to take some skin samples and send them to the laboratory for analysis. Treatment is with antifungal solutions or creams. They may even feel that it’s appropriate to refer you to a dermatologist.

Well, You have to get your mind off this problem. Get interested in something (work or hobby) that will really keep you busy and focus on something that will be more productive in your life.
Sometimes when your not looking for something (sex) it will happen when your not expecting it.
