Hello, I am a 25 year old man. I have been having a problem regarding masturbation.

I have been masturbating since the age of 16-17. A few years ago I began to notice that my penis color has changed from light brown to dark brown/ grayish. This has caused me a lot of difficulty. Is there any way I can have a remedy to return the color back to its normal light brown (medical or otherwise)? Also, how do I stop masturbating? I have tried but have failed many times. The brown color could be caused by a yeast called Pitysporon orbiculare. It lives on the skin and is usually harmless. i have a problem with masturbation. i have yet to have sex with another person, but for the past three years, sex is all i can think about. it's ruining my life. Well, You have to get your mind off this problem. Get interested in something (work or hobby) that will really keep you busy and focus on something that will be more productive in your life. Sometimes when your not looking for something (sex) it will happen when your not expecting it.
