Providing information and education about the Peyronies disease deformity and its course often is all that is required.
No strong evidence shows that any treatment other than surgery is effective. Experts usually recommend surgery only in
long-term cases in which the disease is stabilized and the deformity prevents intercourse.

When its erect it is also completely straight, with a small upper right bend (well within normal range I would think).
My problem is, when its in transition between flaccid and erect *SOMETIMES*, a small section around my penis, close to the middle, will stay unerect. So it looks like my penis is in an hourglass shape. When I finish erecting it, it looks completely straight, it just takes more to erect that portion.
Now, this ONLY seems to happen after strenuous exercise. Like when I try to get an erection shortly after I jog 3-5 miles. After I jog 3-5 miles, my flaccid penis seems visably smaller, and it feels kind of cold.
Any other time, it feels warm, and there is no hourglass problem. Does this sound like peyronies (middle part indention), or something else? Like blood leakage?
Also, whenever I have an hourglass problem, within 2 hours of rest the bending seems to go
away, and the problem resolves...
wierd stuff........

I was treated for prostate cancer by radiation therapy about 3 years ago.
Now I notice that the head of my penis is much larger than the base of it during an erection. Its appearance is like the shape a baseball bat.

I don't think that prostate cancer radiation treatment is related, unless the radiation beam missed it's target.
It could be swelling, cause by penile inflammation which could indicate a penis infection, injury, Irritation or allergic reaction. It would be a good idea to have a urologist doctor check it out.

I am 29 years old. I am getting married recently. My problem is that My penis
has got a curvature towards right when erect. It is sligtly bent at the base. I had
sex with a 40 year old lady. During the intercourse only a part of the penis got
inserted into her. Is this a problem. I don't have pain when erect. when flaccid (soft) it
is straight. Is it necessary that the whole of the penis get inserted. Is this
bending normal. Please reply by return mail. will this affect my married life. If it is
problem whom should I consult, is there any excercise to straighten the bend. Thank you

With a straight penis it's more pleasurable to have the penis completely inserted. No it's not normal to only insert part of the penis.
If your curved penis deformity prevents complete insertion for intercourse then it is best to see a doctor or health clinic to see what the best
treatment would be for you. Sometimes the curvature just goes away over time.
You might injure your penis during intercourse continuely inserting all your curved penis during rapid in and out motion. Peyronies curvature is a disease and no excercise is going to help.

Your problem is not related to Viagra.
It seems you may have the following:
Peyronies disease which is a rare connective tissue disorder involving the growth of fibrous plaques in the soft tissue of the penis affecting as many as 1% of men.
Sometimes the problem will go away with time.
A urologist can diagnose the disease deformity and suggest treatment, and it is best to seek out a urologist who specializes in Peyronie's Disease, as the disease and its current treatments are not well understood by most urologists in general practice. Commonly prescribed oral treatments, such as Vitamin E and potassium aminobenzoate (Potaba), are of limited value.
