You could try the Jelq enlarging excercise they have on this site. And the quanity and quiality of semen fluid probably has to do
with your diet. Eat more of fruits and vegs.

It could be mole or freckle on your penis head, I suppose, but I can't think of a connection with your masturbation. Perhaps the other spots are bruises of some sorts from trauma. Either way, you'll need to show someone to get a specific diagnosis. But I can't think of any STD that looks anything like this.

When masturbating it seems your reproductive organ is working ok if your not having sex and your penis goes up. You may be having male performance anxiety. Focus on what you are doing during sexual intercourse and not on the climatic orgasm at the finish.
