Okay, you state "I have a small penis." First, the erect size of your penis will depend on your age (whether you are an adult male, or just a teenager). To meassure the size of your erect penis may I suggest that you get your penis "rock hard", then standing up, hold your penis so that it is horizontal to the floor. Take a ruler and push it against the bone just above your penis. Next, measure the length of your penis to the tip of the head. That basically is how it is done in scientific studies. Just for your info, the average length of an erect male penis is 6 inches.
