i have never had sex, not even oral or anything but i have these little white lumps on the side of my shaft, around the base of my penis and around the rim of the foreskin which covers the head, it cant be an std as i have never had any sexual encounter. What do i have and how do i get rid of the pimple bumps.

  Little bumps on the penis shaft are one of the most common problems. In guys who have never been sexually active, there's very little problem to worry about if small bumps appear on the shaft of the penis or along the rim of the head (the corona). These small bumps are most often Fordyce glands, little sebaceous (grease producing) glands that produce lubrication for the tender skin of the penis, to keep it from drying out and cracking. They're NORMAL, don't cause any problem, and don't need any cure. They're only bothersome to you because you're looking at them closely ( and if you look at them closely, you'll see a little dark dot in the center--the gland opening, where the sebum comes out). In some guys, particularly those with oily skin, they may be more prominent than in other guys. Other bumps around the penis head can be penile pearls (also without any real meaning) or Tyson's glands.

I am 18 years of age and have never had any type of "sexual relation". I've never even had oral sex. I do masterbate on a regular basis and I have noticed little bumps have been spreading on my penis. For awhile it use to be down at the lower "shaft" close to the "sack" and some bumps are on the shaft. I asked a friend about this and he has them too, but not in the same place as me. It has spread and I know it is'nt a std that is impossible could masterbating be causing this? If anyone knows please reply. Thank you.

I heard applying rubbing alochol on your penis skin daily where the little bumps are, sometimes helps over a period of time.

You should always wash your hands and penis before you masturbate and afterwards.

It always good to check with a doctor about your little white pimples to be sure.

Those seem like the normal bumps. If it bothers you, try the rubbing alcohol (over the counter, you can get in any pharmacy) trick for a couple of weeks. If they get any worst see a medical doctor.

Apply Witch Hazel 3-times daily to the small white bumps at the base of the penis.
Maintain good hygiene practices daily (wash before and after masturbation).
Eat a well balance nutritional diet daily ( no junk food or candy).
The small white bumps should clear itself up in a few months, maybe sooner.

Could be Fordyce spots: small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the penis head (glans), shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men which is normal and not to worry,

You probably have pearly penile papules (PPP) and is a harmless physiological phenomenon with no harmful effects. It is not a sexually transmitted disease and its appearance is unrelated to sexual activity or standards of personal hygiene. They gradually may become less noticeable with increased age. But it's best for a doctor to check it out for you.

I have little bumps, not on the penis but at the base of it. they're a little raised and you can feel them if you rub you fingers along them. I always use a condom, i think it might be becuase my girlfriend excreets along of fluids while we're having sex. Could this be it.
