My advice is that your fiance visit his doctor. As with anything regarding our bodies, a medical doctor is the best person for advice. Yes, the thought of talking to a doctor about such matters is a bit concerning for us males, but your fiance will find that his doctor will be very understanding and I'm sure recomend the best course of action to that care of the problem.
