Yeah, anyway, i'm very hygenic and its not like i don't change my underwear, but what is that white mushy substance that forms around the 'head' of the penis. (mainly behind). I'm Uncut, so i have fore-skin. And the past few years i've only been able to properly pull the skin right back.
Since then, i've realised i keep acquiring this white substance, is it a sign of infection? Or, normal?
I'm a teenager and i expect the changes through puberty, but this is worrying, because i'm not sure 'where' its coming from.

It sounds like you are referring to smegma, white substance that sometimes has an unpleasant oder.
Smegma can form under the penis foreskin, if the shaft and head (glans) of the penis are not cleaned properly.
Smegma is formed by oils produced by the body and bacteria that feed on the oil.
It can be easily washed away with mild soap and water.
