Hi I am 55 and have had heart surgery a triple by-pass and have suffered subsequent heart attacks and blood clots it started 14 years ago and until quite recently I have been quite normal and have had no problems. I am told by my physician that the drugs I take reduce my libido I am still sexually active but my desire has dropped significantly my last heart episode was more than three years ago and I am now quite stable with the medication I take. I would like to know if I can improve my situation with different food menus or exercise can you advise me what to do to improve my situation?
