Posted by A Brown:I am told by my physician that the drugs I take reduce my libido. I am still sexually active but my intimate love making desire has dropped significantly. My last heart episode was more than three years ago and I am now quite stable with the medication I take. I would like to know if I can improve my situation with different diet food nutrition menus and exercises tips. Can you advise me what to do to improve my fitness situation and boost my libido?

Tips to improve your libido and intimate love life the natural healthy way
Aerobic exercise, seems to be the real libido (sexual desire) booster. One theory suggests that exercise triggers the release of endorphins, opiate-like chemicals produced in the brain that create a sense of well-being, which makes you more receptive to sex. It doesn't matter which type of aerobic exercise you choose
.
You should try to get 30 minutes of exercise every day ( be sure to check your heart rate periodocally). Fitness, dieting and weight management can also boost your self-esteem, confidence and body image, all of which are important factors to maintain a positive attitude toward sex.

Exercise Routines:
Start slowly then, work you way up to more exertion activity. I.E. Walking slowly 30 min each day then, maybe after a week or two speed up your walking.
For Libido Healthy Diet Food Nutritionl Menus Suggestions:
Protein sources for men are black beans and rice (highly absorbable, full of B-vitamins, alkalizing for a too-acid system) steamed vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, kale and chard (lower cholesterol deposits) sprouts (full of enzymes) nuts and seeds (rich in zinc) seafoods of all kinds (heart-protecting) and turkey (low-fat, stress-reducing).
