    I am a very educated 40 something woman with an education background in Health Ed. However, I'm stumped and not being flip at all. I have a "man friend" fellow who has literally the smallest erected penis I have ever seen, etc. It's almost as if his penis size never developed from a boy (my guy is 37). At erection, his penile size is 2 1/2 inches and about the width size of a normal index finger. Flacid, the penis head is just barely visible but lays flat against the testicles. I am just SOO curious about this small male erected penis size condition... I have tried researching just for a sense of understanding from a physiological standpoint. Is there a physiological explanation?

    try testosterone injections, i too, being a man, had a small penis size. Your genes maybe not getting testosterone. Had same small penis size, now 5 and one half inches finally at age 56. Wife was ok with small size, but likes larger penis size better, after 35 years, should have found it at puberty, good luck
