I have been with a couple of different woman and why is it some give a off a very pungent smell than others. my current gf gives off a very strong odur making me not want to give her oral pleasure. is it to do with the country she's from i.e Italy as white australian woman don't seem to have that problem...any advice

I noticed in Italy the women didn't shave under thier arms either, is that still true?
Have your women douch with a very mild mixture (1 to 10) of vingar and water.
Sometimes a strong smell from the vagina is a sign of bacteria or fungus. She should get checked out by a doctor.

Well, if yau able to climax and ejaculate by masturbating and oral sex, then your male genitalia reproductive system organ parts are working ok. You might stop masturbating and oral sex for a week. During Love making try focusing on what you are doing rather then the final climatic goal.

Yep, You have got to keep it clean under your foreskin. Try the anti fungal rub and if that doesn't work check with your doctor.

Thanks for that Nick....just to clarify- can i get any antifungal rub- cos some of the ones i see are for like athletes foot.
Does it have to be one specifically for the penis? I do wash my penis daily with soap under the foreskin, but i will try the rub.

Use the medicine you had before or a very mild over-the-counter antifungal medication.
You can get fungal skin infection on various parts of the body. The athletes foot medicine is not so mild.
Posted by: Max Hi, my name is Max and I'm 23. I'm non-circumcised, and usually have no problems. Recently I have noticed a whitish, crusty substance covering the inside of my foreskin. It does not go away with time or soap. I'm pretty sure its nothing sexually transmitted, since I have not had sexual contact for over a year. If anyone has any idea what it may be and how to get rid of it, preferably without needing to see a doctor. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for listening.

When cleaning your penis it's important that you use a very mild soap and rinse completely the soap away or it will cause dry crusty skin.
Applying steroid cream, lotion, or ointments to the crusted area under foreskin often softens the skin. Cortaid Steroid Cream can be bought over the counter without a prescription.
Start with something that is mild and if that doesn't work they try something a little stronger. If that doesn't work then you made need a prescription application from a doctor (Dermatologist).

Men can't cum again soon because, they have a "waiting period" after cumming which they cannot be restimulated to cum. With some men, the "refractory period" after cumming may be so brief that erection occurs again, and sexual intercourse continues, without anyone noticing the penis leaving the vagina or anus. The length of the refractory period usually increases with age and differs from individual to individual and occasion to occasion. Women don't have a "refractory period" after orgasms.

It is common for men to have spots on and around their penis area and this should not cause alarm. However it's difficult to say exactly what it is you describe, the lump aspect though may be a problem and would be advisable to visit his local doctor (GP), or a urologist doctor, or medical clinic for his condition to be examined.

If your penis had scabs that means it is a crust over a healing cut that you probably got from the teeth of the women.
Don't masturbate anymore until you see a doctor to get proper medication so as not to get a infection.
