I have had this problem for years and have never been able to get an answer to
my question.
Most of the time when having sex, the tip of my penis becomes too painful. Especially during ejaculation. It doesn't matter if it's oral sex or intercourse, as soon as I start to cum, the tip of my penis becomes extremely sensitive and painful. What causes this and can it be cured?
I remember a time back in college when a group of us were watching a porno. The girl in the movie kept sucking on the males tip as he was cumming. I made the comment out loud that I hate when a girl does that because it kills. One of my buddies in the room agreed and said the same thing. That was the first and only time I ever heard anyone talk about this problem or admit they had it too. I can't seem to find anything on the net about it and would be too embarassed to talk with my doctor about it.
Keep in mind, I have had this problem for over 15 years. It doesn't always happen
but more often than not. I have been married for over 5 years now and have only had
sex with my wife in that time. It's frustrating when it happens because I have to
pull out in pain and the sex is over. If she is performing oral sex and I am
cumming, I have to give her instructions to not touch my tip and just use the sides
of my penis because it hurts so bad.
