3 months later and I have not had a sexual relationship with anyone since but the red area got worse. Even though I was not masturbating. It would look a little different in that patch normally but when I would masturbate (even not touching the area) it would flare up bright red. I went to the doctor when it was normal and he suspected ringworm or something and gave me some antifungal cream. I chose the cheap one at first and it did not improve. I then chose the expensive one and it improved. It slowly went away for a week but then when I masturbated again it came back.
What is this? How can I rid myself of it?

If the antifungal cream is not working ask your doctor for something else. Although it seem to work when you said, "It slowly went away for a week but then when I masturbated again it came back".
