Need Foreskin Ringworm Fungus Infection Advice - Posted by R:3 months later and I have not had a sexual relationship with anyone since but the red area got worse. It would look a little different in that patch normally but when I would self stimulation (even not touching the area) it would flare up bright red. I went to the doctor when it was normal and he suspected ringworm fungus or something and gave me some antifungal cream.
I chose the cheap one at first and it did not improve. I then chose the expensive one and it improved. It slowly went away for a week but then when I masturbated again it came back.
What is this? How can I rid myself of it?

Your ringworm infection must be happening after you self stimulation and are not washing good the ejaculation sperm fluid from the penis forskin area.
Since you have a foreskin on your penis, you have to put in extra effort to keep that area
under the foreskin clean and dry. Also, wash sheets and nightclothes every day while infected. Don't let it get any worse.
If the antifungal cream is not working ask your doctor for something else. Although it seem to work when you said, "It slowly went away for a week but then when I masturbated again it came back".
Ringworm can be treated with antifungal creams and ointment available over the counter. If secondary infection has occurred then oral medications may also be prescribed by your medical practitioner.

What ever you do don't get your foreskin circumcised. Becaused it may cause even more sensation lost. You may have nerve damage.
Check with you doctor to exam for a correct diagnosis.
