Pre-cum seminal fluid drip does have a little sperm in it in most men. It depends on the man. Some have more than others. Some men may not have any.
It only takes one sperm to get a woman pregnant.
If you leave some precum semen at the opening of the vagina, you are making it possible for sperm to move up into the reproductive tract. Of course the risk is a lot less than any penile penetration. What I do is, I ordered some Plan B pills on the internet and any time there is a problem a question if a girl is going to get pregnant after we have sex I give her the 2-Plan B pills to take within 72 hours to prevent pregnancy problems.

Right now we're not having sex. We just don't want to take it any farther than that right now. Anyway, when we're making out and touching each other I get a normal erection right off the bat, but it dies out pretty quickly as we continue. I don't know what it is called when you get a little bit of pre-ejaculatory semen fluid (pre-cum), but that happens pretty much every time. Well just recently she has started to rub my genital area, but if it's any later than 5 minutes after we started, there's barely anything to feel for her down there.
I mean, I have a barely average penis (5.5 inches) so even when I have a full erection it's not a handful if I have my jeans on. It seems like after I release this pre-ejaculatory semen fluid that I'm done. It feels somewhat erect, but very little. I actually stopped during our last session and went to the bathroom to see what was going on, and I couldn't do anything at all to get a full erection. The glans of my penis was covered with that clear pre-ejaculatory (pre-cum) stuff though. Earlier today she was grinding against me and I just remained at half-mast, kind of numb feeling.
Oh, one more thing that I suppose could be useful information: I am uncircumcised. Is this normal? I mean I've never had any problems like this before in my masturbation career. I know for certain that I'm not having an orgasm when the pre-ejaculatory semen (pre-cum) comes out. If this is a problem, is there anything I can do about it? Is it a medical or pregnancy issue?
Any help or advice would be much appreciated. I probably didn't do the greatest job of explaining everything, so please ask questions if it'll help you help me. I'll do my best to clear anything up you need more information on.

Semen Sperm Leakage - penis pre-cum
Semen leakage is a sign of the weakening of the parasympathetic nerve that keeps the ejaculation valve closed and helps to maintain an erection. If this electrical feedback loop develops a problem, eventually erectile dysfunction can develop.
Smooth muscle contraction forces semen through the urethra located in the penis corpora muscles. The urethra houses and transmits urine to the exterior as well. The question that is asked frequently is how can two different substances travel through the container without contaiminating both? The answer is because of precum, a lubricating, clear, sticky formula, cleans the urethra before ejaculation.
For people with weak parasympathetic sexual nerves, 20-30 minutes of foreplay can drain their bodies stored sexual energy, referrred to as "bioenergy". Once the bioelectric voltage in the parasympathetic nerve runs low, the penis will become limp. Long foreplay requires a powerful testosterone burst that burns continuously to charge the parasympathetic erection circuit. Otherwise, the erection will go limp or a man will ejaculate upon penetration or in a short time after few strokes. Men who experience weak erections often rely on the tightening of the PC muscles in order to keep the erection alive. This puts added stress on the prostate gland and trains the PC muscles to contract, mimicking a state of orgasm that will open the ejaculation valve prematurely, allowing semen to leak (pre-cum). This contributes to premature ejaculation. Therefore, a firm erection is absolutely necessary when it comes to fighting premature ejaculation and seminal leaking (pre-cum).
However, to hold the erection up and tighten the ejaculation valve, you still need a basic resting potential in the parasympathetic sexual motoring nerve and a continuous burst and burning of testosterone to charge the nerves during sex. Testicular stimulation during intercourse can help the testosterone burst and burning to increase the penile power and combat seminal leakage that often contributes to premature ejaculation not to mention embarrassment in front of a sexual partner.
By improving the ability to maintain an erection by giving more natural testosterone as fuel for the parasympathetic sexual nerve.
By improving the quality of a man’s erection, feeding the tissues and nerves with nutrients and hormones, and strengthening the ejaculate valve, a man can overcome seminal leakage (pre cum) and no doubt conquer other sexual problems associated with leaking precum.
Check with your doctor for more pre-cum information.

Also, when I reach orgasm, the cum doesn't always squirt out. I usually just comes out kind of slow and not very much of it comes out.
And for some reason, come continues to leak out after I orgasm and ejaculate. Like when I'm done, I'll have a wet spot in my briefs. What's going on?

Well I have been reading about these problems of excessive semen sperm oozing and dripping leakage even after
very little sexual excitment and also premature ejaculation, good grief I possess both of these
dysfunctions, but has been hiding it for more than 8 years now reason being afraid of humiliation
and stuff, but now that it has been with me for so long I am mentally and physically very disturbed
as it has caused bad effects regarding each an every aspect of my life. My questions are,
1. Is it okay that I have delayed for so long and now looking for solution? Is there any concept of too late in this thing as it has been 8 years now?
2. Is there any risk of additional/related disease which could or can develop due to this huge delay in treatment.

Im 37 years old, and my girlfriend ask me why I don;t precum
I said I never have. every one she has every been with has. why don't I pre cum.
Pre-cum must be there to help guys lubricate for sexual intercourse and clean the urinary tract in the penis before ejaculation fluid comes out. If no pre-cum, then men must see a doctor to see if it will be a problem in the future for your reproductive organs.

I have a similar problem with pre-cum oozing leakage as some of the guys on here. It developed sometime in the last 4 to 6 months.
I have not experienced any problems with maintaining an erection or any kind of
premature ejaculation.
It's just that throughout the normal course of a day, with no sexual stimulation (not even the mental kind), I will have some leak out.
Prior to this starting, I think I was pretty normal, and only had this type of thing happen if I was overly mentally stimulated and had an erection for a while, then I might have some pre-cum.

I just want to make sure this is not a sign of a more serious problem.
Check with a doctor or health clinic for sure.
