    I am very young, and I suspect that I may have Penile Cancer. I have looked through many sites trying to learn more about it. As far as signs/symptoms, I do have a big black spot on the head of my penis, and I have taken one of the risks (I only recently after suspecting Penile Cancer started washing regularly under the foreskin).

    This is scaring me, and I don't want to consult a doctor because it would involve having to confront my mom (i'd rather consult my dad, but they're divorced)

    The only other explanation I can think of was this one time I was masturbating in the shower, the water got too hot and I think i burned my penis head. I didn't really notice at first, because the black spot only really shows when i'm erect, otherwise it is faded.

    One of the main easing factors it that it is "extremely rare" under 40.

    On the other hand, I also know that the earlier I deal with it, the better, because I don't want to have to remove a piece of it, which I think I can avoid with the current size of the black spot.

    I REALLY want to avoid talking to my mom about this if I can, I don't really mind a doctor. Do you think that there's a chance, should I wait to see if it grows? Or do I have to talk to my mom about it (ugh)

    You should tell your mom right away that you want to see a doctor about a penile problem you might have. If she's like my mom, she will be glade you told her and will want to help. She does not have to look at your genitalia. I'm sure she will understand your concern for privatecy. If your mom does not have a doctor click to Locate a USA doctor near you.

    Im 17 years old and for a long time i havent been washing my penis. my parents never really stressed it to me but recently im getting seriously worried. For the last two weeks ive been cleaing under my foreskin ive cleaned out lots of smegma. but on the left side theres a lump just on the ridge about 1 cm long and half a cm wide.
