I went to a dermatologist thinking I had a STD on my penis. On the head when
I get an erection are dark red blotches and just below the head it becomes same
discoloration. Unless I use a moisturizer, I can't masterbate as it burns, aches
yet after masterbating the redness remains for a spell. The dark blotches remain on
the head of my penis, the redness at the base of the penis subside. It doesn't look
right, the skin isn't the same overall. Exscema? Dermatitus? Other?

It seems you have injured your penis or irritation and inflammation from too much masturbation.
Stop masturbation for a while for healing. Check with a doctor or health clinic for sure.

hi, i am 15 years old and sexually inactive. i have had a small red lump on the shaft of my penis for almost two months now.
Squeezing it produces a very very small amount of white fluid, however the bump wont get smaller,
it will become irritated and bigger. masterbating also irritates it and wil increase its size.
i tried touching it as little as possible for a week and it got considerably smaller, the color also became more natural.
is this somthing i just need to not touch and let heal? thanks for your time.

Probably caused by masturbation irritation. Don't mastubate or touch for awhile until in heals or it will get infected.

Or, spit saliva on your clean hands.
You should use a moderate grip only when you masturbate for self gratification . If you squeeze too hard you could cause injury, bruising swelling and or rupturing of superficial blood vessels on and near the surface of your penis.
Always wash your penis throughly before and after masturbating. Good hygiene is important to guard against infection and disease.

Masterbating is gross - Bill Swanson is right, you are all going to offend the Lord and probably go to hell..you'll probably end up masterbating for all eternity - then how would you feel?
